Order process time
There is a 3 business day lead time unless specified otherwise (pre-orders, or stated on said product page).
Order Shipment Tracking
After items have been picked or made to order, a shipment tracking number will be provided as soon as possible.
Not satisfied with a product?
You can return an item within 2 weeks starting with the reception of the item. Contact us at email@example.com, we’ll ask you a few questions to confirm that you are the original buyer and how we could improve our products.

Do note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the item in question must be free of wear and tear.
